About The Instructor

My name is Dale Wasinger. I have been involved in the construction industry for 50 years. I have worked in most areas of construction except road construction and utilities. I taught building codes at the Wichita Area Technical College for 5 years and been doing building code classes since 2000.. I had been a combination inspector for Andover, Sedgwick county and Derby for 24 years retiring in 2019. My goal is to get you acquainted and comfortable with the various code books so you will be able to pass the contractor tests.
